About the Event
This agricultural awareness and training program is designed to educate farmers on modern farming practices, millet cultivation, crop diversification, soil health management, water conservation, and integrated pest management. The event aims to improve farm productivity and increase farmers’ income through sustainable agricultural techniques. Similar farmer training and awareness programs have recently been organized in Karimnagar by agricultural institutions and research centers.
Experts from agricultural universities, research stations, and extension departments will provide practical demonstrations on improved cultivation methods, pest management, seed selection, and government support schemes available to farmers. The Department of Agriculture regularly conducts Rythu Chaitanya Yatras, Rythu Sadassus, farmer trainings, demonstrations, and exposure visits across Karimnagar district.
